Mission Verse
I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one spirit just as you were called to one hope when you were called one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. - Ephesians 4: 1-6

Giving Back
OneFest is a "musical" ministry.  Your charitable contributions are tax-deductible.  OneFest's first priority and purpose is to celebrate our One God and share His voice through music by providing family friendly inspirational experiences.  Since we are a new organization, our second priority is for this festival to be a huge success.  We are praying that OneFest can become sustainable, allowing this ministry to become an annual event with a portion of proceeds reinvested back into the Chippewa Valley community.

We have initiated a “Featured Organizations” program.  Each year we will be featuring two organizations at the festival.  Check out our home page to learn more about this year’s organizations.

Our Story
In 2016, Heather Flashinski felt drawn to having a Christian Music Festival in the area.  After inquiring with music festival experts in the area and many prayers, Matthew West’s song “Do Something” urged her forward to figure out a way to make it happen.  She had a love for God, a love for music, and experience as an event organizer; but God new she needed much more.    Luckily, He drew her to Revival Fest in Eleva, WI.  Kevin had been organizing Revival Fest each September.  Kevin's long-term vision was to grow Revival Fest into a much bigger event.

In November of 2016, Heather called the first meeting to see what interest might be.  Amazingly, community members (some of whom she didn't even know) showed up.  It was at those meetings where the group decided the mission was to bring all churches together to worship, sing, and pray together.  The verse above from Ephesians stood out to them as their cornerstone and that is where the name "OneFest" was created.

OneFest was very blessed with passionate founding board members that first year, who were very dedicated.  The board consisted of Kevin Schultz from Hallie, James Alan Hall from Eau Claire who is a worship pastor and musician that knows his way around all things artistic, Shane Mathison, a business owner from Cadott who has experience planning community events, and Marlee Agner from Cornell, who is knowledgeable in accounting and financial management.  Plus a great support system was created with volunteers willing to step up and lead the charge.

The majority of 2017 was spent building relationships, creating the non-profit entity, and beginning our fundraising efforts.  Finally in December of 2017, a leap of faith was taken to start sending offers to artists.  It wasn’t until Spring 2018, a National lineup had been announced, and multiple stages booked.  The team was so excited to bring everyone together to worship the ONE TRUE GOD with our inaugural event in July of 2018!
