Reserved Seat Process

The QR code that was emailed to you on your tickets will allow you entrance at the main entrance lane where you will get a general armband. After parking, you will go through security and enter the festival grounds.

Remember: no wagons or strollers are allowed in the Reserved Seating area. They can be used in the general admission area only.

Once you have gone through security, go “down the hill” to the OneBox Office to the right of the stage when facing the stage. This is where you will pick up your Reserved Seating armband(s).

You will need to provide the name on the order, first and last, and take all armbands at the same time. We do not have a Will Call area.

Your armband will indicate your section, row, and seat number. Sections will be marked, and the row and seat number is on the bench. See the attached photo for reference.

Reserved seating benches are aluminum with a backrest, so bring a cushion if you would like something softer to sit on. Seat cushions will be available in the merchandise store while supplies last. A stadium seat would also work.

Only those with a Reserved Seating armband will be allowed in the Reserved Seating area.

If you have purchased FLEX armbands, the Saturday armbands will be kept in the OneBox Office so you do not have to carry them around or worry about losing them.

New this year: There will be a special food truck north of the stage on your way to the bathrooms, exclusively for reserved seating armband holders. Smoke Stream will have a great selection of food items.
